Healthy Fruits
Fruits are nature’s source of Vitamin C and other things that are good for you. This is truly an added perk to eating fruits but I just love eating them because they taste really good.
Can be eaten raw or cooked, fruits are very versatile. You can have them as a juice, shakes or smoothie. There are also cakes, pies and other type of food that has fruit as a main ingredient. I personally enjoy eating fruity cakes because they are not too sweet. They somewhat remove the guilt in eating too much of them as they are healthy too. Fruit drinks are also a favourite. They can quench your thirst and satisfy your cravings. Preparing fruit concoctions are a snap and can be done in the convenience of your own home.
I have plenty of personal fruit favourites, but I would have to say that mangoes, strawberries, apples and bananas are my top four. I almost always have them in the kitchen and just take one when I need a pick me upper or when I don’t want to eat anything heavy. These favourite fruits also helped me lose weight by keeping me full when I am this close to being tempted by a deliciously sinful chocolate cake in the fridge.
